Transform your Big Pig into a powerful wood fired BBQ with this flat BBQ plate. It sits atop your Big Pig, giving you a direct heat cooking surface - perfect for sausages, steaks, patties, skewers, veggies and more!

This Flat Iron plate is part of the Big Pig’s Half & Half BBQ system. The top opening of the Big Pig can take up to two of these plates, which are fully interchangeable with the Big Pig Chargrill plate too! This means you can set up you Big Pig according to your own preferences, with either two Chargrills, two Flat Iron grills or a mix of both!
