This Thai-inspired seasoning boasts signature flavors of the region, with hints of lemongrass and ginger and just a little heat, perfect to rub on, beef, prawns, pork or chicken, mix with oil to use as a marinade on all meats this homemade thai spice blend is flavorful and zesty. Add a thai inspired flavour to coconut milk and use as a marinade for chicken or fish. also great as a base flavour for soups such as pumpkin & sweet potato.
