At Joes BBQs, we stand behind the quality of our grills and outdoor living products. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return your item within 30 days of delivery for a refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Contact our customer support team with your order number and reason for return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

• 2.
  Prepare the Package

  Ensure the BBQ or accessory is in its original, unused condition and secure it in the original packaging including all manuals and hardware.

• 3.
  Ship the Item

  Affix the provided shipping label to your package and drop it off at a designated carrier location or schedule a freight pickup for oversized grills.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned unit, we will process your refund or dispatch your exchange item within 5-7 business days.
